    1. No freezing
    2. Homing is limited to 5 per match
    3. Slice tendon and screw nerves last 30 secs then you must restore.
    4. Big palms is limited to 3.
    5. Flying is limit to 30 seconds then you must get off
    6. No rest
    7. No re-equips and unwrap puppets and also reset of lee's gates
    8. Spam limit is 3

    Motica asked me to post her rules, so here they are

You can’t use 2 Homing Jutsus, one after the other even if they aren’t the same Jutsu.(Like using Katon Karyu Endan and Makyou Suiryuudan one after the other)

    3-> Can use up to 7 Homings Jutsus in each round. By Homing Jutsu, we mean a jutsu that follows the player targeted.

    4-> Re-Powering Up isn’t allowed.

    5-> Naras are allowed to capture twice. Each capture may last up to 20 seconds, with a delay of 30 seconds between each capture.

    6-> Uchihas can only use Counter 3 times.

    7-> You can use Slice Tendons and Kyoumeisen once per round. You can use Screw Nerves once per round, but it must only last 15 seconds, after that time is up, you’ll have to use Restore no Jutsu on your opponent(No, using this won’t heal the opponent).

    8-> Akimichis can only use 1 Nikudan Sensha per round, that can last up to 25 seconds.

    9-> Hyuugas can only use 2 Big Palms and 5 Small Palms per round.

    10-> If you enrage, you're disqualified.
